Decano earns first Padilla Professorial Chair grant

COUNCILOR Farah Decano is the first grantee of the Padilla Professorial Chair at the Pan Pacific University North Philippines in Urdaneta City. Dr. Romeo T. Padilla, the university president, said the Padilla Professorial Chair was created to enhance the legal knowledge of the College of Law and Criminology students.
