DAGUPAN CITY FIESTA DAGUPAN city’s major thoroughfares glowed as decorated and brightly lit floats paraded around the downtown loop during the Bayanihan Sa Liwanag competition last December 26 as part of the City Fiesta celebration. Shining brightest was Charles-Rent-A-Car’s lighted vintage car owned by Florencio Co, which was adjudged champion and won P30,000 cash prize.
