Espino provides rice thresher to Tumbar farmers

LINGAYEN–Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. led the awarding of a rice thresher to Barangay Tumbar Farmers and Fisherfolks Association last February 12 in a simple rite at the Capitol grandstand here. The project is part of the Livelihood Assistance Program offered by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in partnership with the provincial government.
