Urdaneta Hospital expansion sought

LINGAYEN—The application of the Urdaneta District Hospital for an expansion into a 100-bed capacity has been endorsed by the provincial board to the Department of Health. The current 50-bed hospital, owned by the provincial government, recorded an unprecedented increase in occupancy from January to August this year from 139 per cent to 254 per cent.
