DAGUPAN’s 600-strong workforce is set to turn a new leaf in public governance when the city government’s Result Performance Monitoring System becomes operational this month.
Considered as a first in the city’s 60-year history, the highly competitive and merit-based system seeks to raise the performance of employees above satisfactory level.
