Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FELICIDAD B. GONZALES, who died intestate in Livingston Memorial Hospital, Livingston, Montana, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Pob. Lingayen, Pangasinan, containing an area of 63,432 sq. meters, covered by OCT No. 23325 and TCT No. 163660, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement with absolute sale in favor of COSTSAVERS SUPERMARKET, INC., under Doc. No. 81; Page No. 18; Book No. 2; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Richelle Mae G. Atos.
