Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. MAXIMINO V. MENDAROS, who died on February 11, 2013 at Alaminos City, Pangasinan consisting of a Dollar Deposit in Philippine National Bank (PNB), Alaminos Branch and a Peso Deposit in LandBank, Alaminos Branch in the amount of $30,615.47 and Php 56,886.94 respectively, is the subject of affidavit of self-adjudication by the only heir Petronila Mendaros, under Doc. No. 077; Page No. 17, Book No. 1; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Fatima Ann Sison-Isla.
