ENROUTE TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP—Region 1 power-forward Julius Palaganas of the Lyceum Northwestern University attempts a reverse lay-up to score against Bicol Region 5 team during the PRISAA national games hosted by Pangasinan last week. The LNU Dukes defeated the Bicol squad, propelling them to the championship against Calabarzon. The Dukes eventually won the silver, the highest medal achieved by Region 1 so far in PRISAA basketball. (Punchphoto by JAGJr.)
