Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late EPIFANIA JUNIO, who died intestate on Jan. 25, 1998 at Bayambang, Pangasinan, consisting of a Savings deposit at UCPB-Dagupan City Branch under Savings Account Number 002-03-122510-3 in the amount of P500,575.19 , is the subject of extra-judicial partition by and among the heirs namely: LOLITA, FEDERICO, JOVITO, ANASTACIO and JUANITO, all surnamed JUNIO, under Doc. No. 198; Page No. 40; Book No. II; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Ferdinand Quintos.
