Judge Maramba’s decision hailed
By Gonzalo Duque
LAST Friday, Judge Genoveva Maramba came out with a decision in favor of the local colleges and universities’ opposition to the city government’s tax imposition.
Decision was anchored on the non-existence of an ordinance to tax our humble business establishments dedicated to the education of the youth.
Are we happy?
Well, you know what it means to win, although while we appreciate Judge Maramba’s judicial wisdom, medyo agto ni amo imabuloy ed amay prayer for reimbursements of the funds we have remitted to the city.
Thank you, Judge Maramba!

In our brief huddle with US-based Dagupenos, we were asked about Dagupan issues.
Amto yo la seguro so indursok diman?
You’re right, atay garbage! That issue naturally would lead to the Awai deal which has culminated in Leo Angeles’ filing a complaint with the Ombudsman.
Since it’s already with the Ombudsman, it’s already up to the court to decide.
Baka say ibaga nen Benjie , kakalabanen mi? Ta sicatoy milalaban ed sicatayo ya maka-ley? We are only going after law violators – people who think they are above the law!
Panon to tan, Attorney, ey, ta adelap so Dagupan? Di wala na yong garbage isyu?
We said, it’s worse because the dirt, the filth, the waste have spread that would cause diseases!
Ay nantatabunan lay problema ed Dagupan!
Sana, no walay konsultasyon, walay sanggunian na problema, solved la yan amin ya tampol.

Like what we said earlier, Mitt Romney is inching his climb to the Presidency slowly but surely.
Barrack Obama’s lead is being whittled down by his “lies.”
Katon mairap manayay matitinik ya mansalita awa? Singa si Marcos, tsampyon ya orador. Ontan met si Obama. Pero karakelan katilaan..
Aliar is always found out. Kaya say prediksyon tayo natalo yay Obama no eleksyon.
