Every minute, every hour, every day, we hear from the Gov. Espino, to The Benjie, to Jun Velasco, that all Pangalatotland, and the City of Dagupan are excellent places to live, to raise a family.
What an inexcusable insult!
With all these garbage piling up nowhere to put them because of corruption and incompetence, I, for one won’t even dare have my dog footsie-footing on trash.
