Mr. Verzosa,

Wouldn't you call waterspouts a "twister?" I saw many in the South and Southeastern Pacific during my days as a seaman. Wouldn't it be more correct to say that tornados occur over land (usually in the plains area) while waterspouts occur over water?

Also, last year a hurricane warning was issued in Baja California. Baja California connects to the northern hemisphere state of California.
