HOW IT SHOULD BE—The Special Weapon and Tactics (SWAT) operatives of the Dagupan City police station demonstrate how an arrest should be made in a pursuit operation. The demonstration was part of the Annual General Inspection-Operational Readiness Security Inspection Test and Evaluation last week. Ironically, the PNP provincial office is under heavy criticism for still failing to arrest suspects in series of murder cases that involved motorcycle-riding assassins. (Punchphoto by CSR)
