HELP FROM THE CAPITOL—Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. hands a P10,000 check as financial aid of the province to one of the kin of the 44 fatalities from Typhoon “Emong” in a simple ceremony at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center last June 25. Assisting the Governor is Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Emilio Samson. (PIO)
