BRIGADA ESKWELA—Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez (center), City Administrator Alvin Fernandez and City Schools Superintendent Alma Ruby Torio lead the clearing of the schoolyard of grass and debris at the East Central Elementary School in Mayombo during the launching of this year's Brigada Eskwela in Dagupan City, participated in by teachers, barangay officials and parents.
