PHILHEALTH CARDS FOR INDIGENTS—Dagupan City Mayor Alipio Fernandez Jr. distributes PhilHealth-sponsored Family Health cards to 6,000 indigent beneficiaries during the mass distribution last January 16 at the Dagupan People’s Astrodome. The premiums were paid for by the Dagupan City government. (CIO)
