TEST FIRING—A range master positions Barangay Captain Susan Carlos of Poblacion East, Alcala during the actual test firing held in Sto. Tomas town. The activity is part of the "No training, no actual firing, no shotgun" policy of the provincial government for the shotgun distribution program aimed at maintaining peace and order. (PIO)
