Inconsistent views

Gonz is not consistent. He believes the SWS survey which shows his brod Pincoy that he is number one in public satisfaction rating (and I truly believe that rating for the Health Secretary) but do not believe in the rating of GMA.
Is it because GONZ is really SIPSIP?
