LIGHT AT LAST—Cabalitian Island, a part of Sual town and a kilometer away from the mainland, is now enjoying power supply through a P20-million submarine cable linked to the coal-fired Sual Power Station. The cable project is a joint undertaking of Tokyo Electric Power Company or Tepco and Marubeni Corp. (TeaM Energy), operator of the Sual power plant, Department of Energy (DoE), local government unit of Sual, and the Central Pangasinan Electric Cooperative (Cenpelco). (Punchphoto by Cesar S.
