To our Kabaleyans -
We apologize for the erratic performance of our website at this time. We are presently experiencing constant power black-out in the province as a result of the extensive damage caused by Typhoon Cosme. Our server's system becomes inoperative with each unscheduled blackout.
We beg for your kind indulgence as we try to cope with the extensive damage to our infrastructure in the province. We surmise that we will continue to suffer from the series of unscheduled blackout for another 2 weeks, at the very least.
Nonetheless, rest assured we shall strive to update our issues and posting of comments and reactions for the Forum and Guestbook at the earliest possible time made possible. (In case our message board fails to respond as a result of a disconnection, we advise you to send it through our email - punch.sunday@gmail.com.
