Our sincerest condolence to Uncle Victor and Auntie Perla Ubando in the passing away of Regine Ubando.

Regine had the chance to go to the US with his parents but decided to help our beloved city of Dagupan. His tireless 12 years of work was noted by Mayor Al, his co-workers and the people he had served.

Being in Dagupan before he was laid to rest, it was an honor to witness the many testimonies to this civil servant.
