Gov. Espin-off appalled? Dismayed? Shocked?
The state of condition these provincial hospitals in Pozorrubio, Lingayen, Manaoag, San Carlos, Dasol, Alaminos, Tayug and Umingan?
Took him almost two years to notice Pangasinenses dropping like flies?
Almost two years to know these hospitals are not hospitals but morgues?
Is it hindsight?
Nooooooooo!
It’s a ludicrous show of compassion, that he should have done his first day in office; rather done showing the Sunday Punch how to pick cigarette butts.
