MAPANDAN’S PRIDE—Members of the Mapandan dancing crew, representing the ‘Pandan Festival’, gyrate to the tune of their own music that made them win the grand prize of P150,000 for Category 1 in the ‘Festivals of the North’ held at the city plaza.
