Dear Dagupan GUADIZ Kinsmen,

I belong to the Laoac-Guadiz branch of our family tree. I would like to open communication lines with A-N-Y Dagupan Guadiz kinsman - this is for the family genealogy.

I have met Uncle-Dr. Jose Llamas Guadiz of Iowa and other relatives here in the USA. I also met Atty. Teofilo Guadiz, IV and have telephone contacts with Dr. Ramon Guadiz.

Thanks very kindly. Please contact me anytime. I look forward hearing from you folks out there.

Truly,
Benjamin L. Guadiz

It is surprising that SP has not mentioned in their weekly e-journal regarding the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway. This project has a huge economic impact on Pangasinan’s export produce.

Yes, there is an investigation going on about an “alleged overpricing” of the first portion Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway Project however, one cannot overshadow the economic significance of this project to the farmers of Pangasinan.

Hopefully, The Japan Bank of International Cooperation will not be deterred by these allegations and keep investing in the Philippines. Japan invasion through business and finance is preferred over bombs and guns.

Binmaley did it, why can’t Dagupan?

Overseas Dagupenos are protecting the integrity of Bonuan Bangus but is the Bonuan Bangus’ continued existence being protected by those in power in Dagupan and its environs?

Again, I would like to point out that it is not the difference in the system but the attitude of the citizens and those in power-their non-enforcement of laws and regulations.

Mayor Rosario of Binmaley can do it, then why can’t Mayor ALIPA? Since the rivers are being poisoned by the operation of the fishpens, and other pollution with the consent of the government, why doesn’t someone just poison the river so that no one benefits from it-pare-parehong walang makikinabang.

If the river is poisoned, nobody will buy their fish and there is no need for the government to dismantle those fishpens except that it still serves as hazard to navigation and flooding.
