Revive an old road

During the liberation by the American Forces, a road was constructed near the beach from Sual to Dagupan City. If the provincial government could only consider reviving this road or highway from Infanta to San Fernando, La Union, it will be a boon to transport of commodities, balikbayans, tourists, a link of the proposed Sual seaport and Lingayen airport.
