We are part of corruption

We don’t have to blame the politicians for the corruption plague in our country, Our ordinary citizens are partially involved.
An example of corrupt practice is when transacting business in Land Transportation Office, they give lagay to immediately process their papers.
We have to teach our common citizens not to influence the government employees to accept LAGAY.
