Remove those fishpens

If Binmaley can do it, we can definitely do it too. Let us remove those fish pens that abound our rivers especially Calmay River.
I was born and raised in Calmay and last time I was in my birthplace, fish pens were all over the place. Motorboats and bancas have a hard time navigating the river. Calmay River was muddy and polluted.
Please give us back Calmay River and Tondaligan Park.
