STORM AFTERMATH—The sea wall in Bonuan cracked virtually to pieces as a result of high waves spawned by a storm surge that battered the shore in Dagupan on Tuesday and Wednesday, wiping out 70% of cottages and picnic sheds in the area. (Punchphoto by Ray Zambrano)
