Councilor Alfredo Arenas passes away

SAN CARLOS CITY—Veteran Councilor Alfredo Arenas passed away Monday due to cardiac arrest.
Mayor Julier Resuello led the town in a silent prayer for Arenas on November 13, Pangasinan Day whom he described as a dedicated public servant, a champion of truth and a fighter for justice.
Arenas, in his late 60s, was a partymate of Resuello under the administration's Lakas- Christian Muslim Democrats.
His body lies in state at the family residence in Barangay Nilintap. #
