Guv, come to Guam

Gov. SPIN must spend time in Guam:

The required 20,000 or more construction workers to implement $13-$15 billion construction projects starting in 2010 (actually started this year) should be a target of a governor who is looking for work for his kabaleyans if indeed he is and not just spinning around on a junket.

Construction workers though must have the skills and training to use latest tools and equipment in the construction industry-not just martillo and lagare. Safety is also most important in military construction.

If 1000 Pangasinenses will be able to work here in Guam at $12-$20 per hour, I believe it is worth the effort for a governor who is not just spinning around (pasosyal-sosyal ed CONUS) but really looking for work for his kabaleyans.

C’mon Mr. Al S. Mendoza, you are not that naive that the governor did not receive the “gift” because he left early, only him would know the bribe was already waiting or had been waiting for his arrival back home.

Most of corporate America’s Purchasing agents had perfected this type of delivery system thru surrogates. Check out the new Benz, Beamer, Plasma TV, or the fastest cigarettes money could buy.

Not to change the subject, here’s an interesting part in your character that you admitted in public, “He (guv) would be like the father of a family who doesn’t communicate with his wife and children at all.”

WOW! Mr. Al Mendoza, it is a suspect if you really went to the Toyota sponsored car show in Tokyo or just went on to a drinking binge and more.

What family doesn’t know will not hurt them, eh? Is it any wonder why corruption in our Pinoy society is unstoppable?

To borrow a quotation, “Media is for sale”.

I’ll be seeing you– the 29th to comment further on the rematch of our ‘compulsive puncher & the ‘baby-face assassin’.

But more importantly, to have a holiday drink w/our web boss Manny Pinol, another drink w/the acknowledged undefeated political heavyweight of Dagupan– the undisputed, undefeated– Hizzoner Al and a final borbon shot with the irrepressible customs man Bebot Villar.
