If Governor Amado “Espin-off” Espino could be believed, he was the exclusion and Arroyo waited for him to depart the gathering of vultures before she made her move. Right on! It’s like that not-so-smart 3rd grader telling the teacher his homework was eaten by the goat.

Does he have the raw courage and outright honesty not to accept P500,000 pesos being forced his hand? Highly unlikely. If the priestly Governor Panlilio accepted it, how much more with him?

He can keep on denying but in this circus-like-atmosphere with Arroyo calling the shots, who will believe him? Only if he were Pingkoy Duque.
