Dawel-Pantal-Lucao is one good example of infrastructure. We have so many places in Dagupan to build on and have more infrastructures. Our coastline in Bonuan needs to be revitalized, build more towers, hotels and apartments.

Just like Dubai expanding their creeks and building towers. What we need are investors to build mega projects and offer them 100 years residency for foreigners or what we call here as lease hold properties.
