SHOWING WHO’S BOSS—Residents of Sitio Tocok in Barangay Lucao will have to wait longer for the artesian well to function after work on the work was suspended by Lucao Barangay chairman Lino Fernandez all because the project was not coordinated with him. The project was being undertaken by the DPWH District team headed by District Engineer Rodolfo Dion in coordination with House Speaker Jose de Venecia, Jr.
