Mr. Jeremias Andrade Carrera, contrary to what you are claiming, I cannot find anything wrong on what I said in my previous post.
In fact, what you said in your previous post sounds more disgraceful.
But you are right in one thing, I should dream alone. Do not worry, I have no intention of including you in my dreams. I do not want any of them to become a nightmare.
By the way, thanks for letting us know that you are more than a world class engineer with unlimited mental capacity. You seem to know what you are talking about and more knowledgeable than Palafox Associates, a very respected urban planner and the only Philippine firm who was able to break into the top 100 of world architecture.
They should hire you as a lead man for their more than one hundred fulltime staff and professional consultants.
Incidentally, I was amazed how you came to know that Palafox Associates is a world class planner. I read from their website that Palafox Associates plans and designs world class and state of the art pacesetters.
According to their website, their portfolio includes the Rockwell Center, an inner city revitalization project; and the Robinson’s Starmalls and the SM Southmall and SM City Fairview, revolutionary shopping malls that departed from the run-of-the-mill and hackneyed box-shaped shopping centers.
In addition, their portfolio also includes, the master planned golf course communities of Sta. Elena, Manila Southwoods, and The Country Club; and the master planned residential communities of Hacienda Sta. Elena, The Promenade, Pacific Heights, La Marea, and Grand Centennial Homes among others are a testament to their firm’s innovative design solutions.
According to them, the firm has also carried out work on entertainment, leisure, and business communities in Ecocentrum in Laguna and the First Philippine Industrial Park in Batangas.
Nevertheless, they should hear about your GLASS-BOTTOM BOAT and ALGAL BLOOM recommendations for the city of Alaminos.
