Mr. Oriel,
I quote your 2 Aug post, "After reading your article, “Up in the air (lalamet)”, I got the impression that you do not know anything about the professionally prepared 20-year Master Development Plan of the city of Alaminos. ", could you please send us the 20 year master plan?
I am confused because my research showed in the url that follows; http://www.alaminoscity.gov.ph/news/newsdetails.aspx?newsid=65 that the contract between the city of Alaminos and Palafox Associates was signed on May 6 2006 and continue on to say "As stipulated in the contract, Palafox Associates shall complete the Project within a period of 18 months which will start upon receiving the copy of the Letter of Award/Notice to Proceed from the city. While, FFCCI is expected to commence with the performance of its generalized works within 7 days from signing the Service Agreement and upon receipt of Notice to Proceed by the said firm. (CIO)" .
Could you provide us with your knowledge and help us with the gap of these articles and tighten the gap of us Pangasinenses not in the know.
It looks like you have the completed project less than the 18 moths of contract delivery. Did you attend the premier showing of the dream?
