Mr. Oriel,

I quote your 2 Aug post, “After reading your article, “Up in the air (lalamet)”, I got the impression that you do not know anything about the professionally prepared 20-year Master Development Plan of the city of Alaminos. “, could you please send us the 20 year master plan?

I am confused because my research showed in the url that follows; http://www.alaminoscity.gov.ph/news/newsdetails.aspx?newsid=65 that the contract between the city of Alaminos and Palafox Associates was signed on May 6 2006 and continue on to say “As stipulated in the contract, Palafox Associates shall complete the Project within a period of 18 months which will start upon receiving the copy of the Letter of Award/Notice to Proceed from the city. While, FFCCI is expected to commence with the performance of its generalized works within 7 days from signing the Service Agreement and upon receipt of Notice to Proceed by the said firm. (CIO)” .

Could you provide us with your knowledge and help us with the gap of these articles and tighten the gap of us Pangasinenses not in the know.

It looks like you have the completed project less than the 18 moths of contract delivery. Did you attend the premier showing of the dream?

The 20-Year Mater Plan by a so-called World-class Planner for Alaminos as explained by a World- class Dreamer:

I did not know that the dream of these limited mentality dreamers and the so-called “World Class Planners is to the extreme- the impossible dream.

No agtayo natatalosan so abasa tayo, mas maong lay agtila mansasalita ta pian ag tayo macababaing.

I know that nowadays, nothing is impossible if you have the “money”. Those investors with the money are not low-mentality people and they have the “REAL WORLD CLASS PLANNERS, ENGINEERS AND CONSULTANTS” who know if a project is economically feasible or not.

I am surprised that the former president Fidel V. Ramos who has masters degree in civil engineering from the Illinois State University was not able to recognize a HOAX.

Check how much Sydney, Monterey Bay and Guam spent for just an aquarium. Guam has also  a fish-eye sea life park right in the reef where tourist can see the marine environment and a commercial submarine for tourist-the Atlantis.

As I have repeatedly pleaded to some posters and columnists before, if we have very limited mental capacity, LET US NOT DISPLAY IT IN THIS FORUM.

Agaylay aoet na olo tayo!!!

Mr. Oriel, listen to yourself, “For the information of those who do not know, I learned through the news media……”.

Canadian winter is fast approaching and you are still in hibernation from the last one. Wake up and stop listening to balitang kutsro.

Go back to Mr. Jose Ceralde’s posting dated Aug 1, 2007, it says it all about getting things started from the ground up.

Love to see the airport built in Alaminos or anywhere in Pangasinan for that matter but I am a realist in nature.

Got to go… my wife is about to take off with her broom.
