The medical old horse Dr. Jesus Canto isn't only on a roll, he's on fire. He could burn in Hell.
First, his plan of bringing the drugstore to the barrio which he knew is not only enforceable but financially not feasible. This ill-advised and horrible idea of having to convince the people to be encourage to plant herbs ersatz on what he proposed to do.
How can you incite the fervor of Dagupenos when they are being waylaid to who knows where? If the attitude - typical Filipino - that they can't even plant a seed of ampalaya or tomato in their backyard how much more to something alien to these people?
Like I said, "Waste of time and money". Dr. Canto and his clowned-up theories of service. Talking about the poor Filipino, it's not atypical that they are congested in a small space, where planting is impossible.
Possible Dr. Canto is smoking Panama Red, an herbal substitute that makes him euphoriant oblivious to the consequences. Seems Dagupan is on rough start, when Dr. Canto and his kind are turning to birdbrains and useless nincompoops. Medicine and politics don't mix. Dr. Canto should know better.
With a city not moving forward . . . no infusion of fresh ideas . . . everything bursting at the seams . . . ineptitude settling in . . . this city is on spiral to oblivion . . . Mayor Al Fartnandez and his ragtag bunch of clowns. It could be worse than The Benjie, that you can imagine.
Begorrah! The Clowncil - again - in all its notoriety?
