We all have our battles to be won. And in order to succeed, we have to mix hard work, blend dedication to the job at hand, and add determination to achieve our goal.
The last congressional election taught me several lessons not learned from the books but through life's realities. The road to success was not easy but it was sweet when I finally achieved it.
As they say, no thorn, no throne, no cross, no crown. Believe you can, and don't stop until you accomplish it. Trust is highly important to win the people's hearts.
That's my simple guiding principle and I profusely thank the people of Pangasinan’s Third District who believed and trusted in me. Allow me then to serve you with all my heart.
The Sunday Punch's 51 glorious years were anchored on building trust. It had won its readers' trust because it is simply credible. It is founded on honesty so it is continuously reaping trust.
It had also gone through hard times but it knew how to sail on. Thus, it carries on with it an unprecedented success in community journalism.
Genuine public service and fearless journalism are essential to community-building. Let's work together for a better Third District of Pangasinan.
A toast to the most trusted local newspaper in Pangasinan. Keep on punching!
