To Mr. Jess Delfin:
I totally agree with your suggested priority for SPINES' immediate action-before doing anything else, CLEAN UP THE MESS of DO-NOTHING Agbayani.
And it means REMOVING (NOT ADDING) the CORRUPT and INCOMPETENT, NOT THE CIGARRETE BUTTS which can be done by the janitors.
