What's so hard to deny Rafael "Excuses" Baraan the job he coveted most, provincial administrator?
Board Member Alfie Bince, Jr., questioning Baraan's residency not his competency to do service, is not only lame but fatuous and feckless excuse. Bince's outré question of Baraan's if his loyalty is Dagupan, due to the fact that he resides in Dagupan, is an enervate approach to decide a very hot issue. Why play with the future of Pangasinan? When does loyalty end when personal interest begins?
And let me tell you Mr. Bince . . .get off the run around, forget the political bull . . . Raffy "Excuses" Baraan's loyalty is not to Dagupan or Pangasinan; his outmost loyalty is his wallet.
A cad Baraan is, owes no allegiance to nobody. Should Gov. Amado "Espin-Off" Espino is to be believed in applying the muscle to his Board Members in Baraan's appointment . . . woe is to every Pangasinense - Pangasinan is in deep muck of crap.
If the fact of the matter becomes conclusive, that the cabal of evil from Dagupan is coming to roast at Urduja, Gov. Amado Espino would become just an entity, meaningless, a spit in the Gulf, a by-product, a "Espin-Off" of what is natural in the corrupt scheme of things in Pangasinan.
To all of you Provincial Board Members of Pangasinan. When in doubt . . . . kick Baraan out!
