What’s so hard to deny Rafael “Excuses” Baraan the job he coveted most, provincial administrator?

Board Member Alfie Bince, Jr., questioning Baraan’s residency not his competency to do service, is not only lame but fatuous and feckless excuse. Bince’s outré question of Baraan’s if his loyalty is Dagupan, due to the fact that he resides in Dagupan, is an enervate approach to decide a very hot issue. Why play with the future of Pangasinan? When does loyalty end when personal interest begins?

And let me tell you Mr. Bince . . .get off the run around, forget the political bull . . . Raffy “Excuses” Baraan’s loyalty is not to Dagupan or Pangasinan; his outmost loyalty is his wallet.

A cad Baraan is, owes no allegiance to nobody. Should Gov. Amado “Espin-Off” Espino is to be believed in applying the muscle to his Board Members in Baraan’s appointment . . . woe is to every Pangasinense - Pangasinan is in deep muck of crap.

If the fact of the matter becomes conclusive, that the cabal of evil from Dagupan is coming to roast at Urduja, Gov. Amado Espino would become just an entity, meaningless, a spit in the Gulf, a by-product, a “Espin-Off” of what is natural in the corrupt scheme of things in Pangasinan.

To all of you Provincial Board Members of Pangasinan. When in doubt . . . . kick Baraan out!

“Notably, he requires the use of the Pangasinan dialect among employees and when transacting business with the public. He said the official provincial language must be used in the capitol.”

Saludo ak ed sika Gov. Espino! Marakep iyan pangigapo ed iyorong yo ditan ed Urduja House laut la ed saya’y pilalek yon usaren tan ikana so salitan Pangasinan ed kapitolio.

To the governor Amado T. Espino and the Mayor J. Castaneda of Lingayen:

You want to develop the historic coastline of Lingayen? Visit the site www.coneyisland.com to give you an idea. This is just a suggestion.

Emmanuelle:

Quite a long time I spent searching and looking, who’s this writer of fabulous array of journalistic expressions, in metaphors, similes or soliloquies in a grand desire to write in magnanimity shrouded in mystery.

Your nom de plume, I thought, is just a fantasy like those great men and women of letters who tried to hide the ingenuity behind the written word.

Emmanuellle, the Messiah. a savior for the lost souls who love to open a book or two. At first glance, I assumed he was a man of the cloth. How wrong I was.

Eureka! At last, you shot yourself to the surface like any warm blooded animal who swims the open seas . . . a breathe of fresh air. . . . gives you away.

Allow me to ask you this question. How can you write these beautiful lines and govern Pozorrubio at the same time? I regard a lady who could write, politics is out in the melodrama of her thinking.

Politics is to play hardball with the ups and downs of the town’s intrigue . . . the innuendos . . . the half truths . . . while a columnist like you, lay down the facts of life as they evolve around the truth.

Emma T. Chan, Madame Mayor, this could be the epiphany of what you desire. To serve the people of Pozorrubio needs all you can muster . . . the acumen which at times will turn facetious but mendacious and as mayor, is a message powerful enough that your gender can deliver.

Congratulations to you, Beloved Gov. Amado Espino Jr.

I was so happy about the House Rules when I was reading the Sunday Punch in the internet here in New York. That’s true, we are losing our dialect, the Pangasinan. Every time I visit the Philippines, I always go to Dagupan and most of the people in Dagupan are speaking in Tagalog… it is good but our dialect is missing.

I’m very proud of being a Pangasinense because I was born and raised in a small island in Dagupan City name Salapingao. And I know you being a student in Luzon Colleges.

Good luck and may God bless you always.
