Suggestions without basis

The column "If I were Spines" by Al S. Mendoza:
Out of the entire column, there were only two (2) suggestions without any basis, one of which is pure BS and the other is not a high priority at this time.
Why would SPINES set up six (6) management teams if he has good managerial abilities and a good drillmaster? As a payoff for people who will be paid by the so-called Philippine Law 15-30(collect salary on the 15th and the 30th day of the month)? Even the Department of Budget and Management of the national government do not have regional management teams.
While sports is a good way to develop the youth and make them stay away from drugs and other illegal activities, there are more pressing and critical problems that SPINES must focus on FIRST such as protection of the environment (dismantling of all fish pens) to solve the fishkills and allow the legitimate fishpond owners and marginalized citizens to benefit from the river's resources, and develop Pangasinan as a world class tourism destination, and obviously peace and order, eradication of the illegal drugs and gambling together with infrastructure development. Then economic development and investment will just fall into place.
With good economy, sports which is normally supported and underwritten by thriving industries will be developed to the fullest extent and I believe Mr. Al S. Mendoza and my dear friend Jesse know that very well. Instead of writing a meaningful column (providing the basis of your suggestions), you instead used your space for too much "BOLA-BOLA" which is common and abundant among most of the columnists.
IF I WERE SPINES, I WILL NOT HEED YOUR ADVICE-PERIOD.
Next time do a better job for the benefit of the public-hindi yong nangingiliti, papogi at bola-bola na palagi.
