Heidi,

I don't know what planet are you on to equate picking up trash and cigarette butts in and around the building and to being a good leader. I am sure that there are good men and women in the military but the overall majority is corrupt, especially up in the higher ranks.

Your touting of the military discipline is pure BS, it may apply to other countries where everyone is accountable for their actions, but it certainly does not apply to the majority of the Philippine military and the ‘kotong cops’.

Heidi, a good leader leads, manages and delegates. He influences people to do work for him. Picking up trash is so shallow and you bought it hook, line and sinker. I certainly don't want my state governor picking up trash now, do I?

And to hire Raffy "Excuses" Baraan as the provincial administrator? A nice decision for the newly elected governor perhaps? That is if he setting up the province for the chaos the Baraan did for Dagupan.

Helloooo, Heidi?
