Congratulations on a job well done, Mayor Lim. The improvements to Dagupan are readily noticeable when one has been away from the city. It has been a joy to see the continuing improvements made to the city every time I return after an absence of ten or eleven months.
Although Mayor Fernandez may differ on his approach in solving the problems that the city may encounter, let's hope that the outcome is the continuing growth of the city.
Again, congratulations, Mayor Lim, on a job well done.
