Looking at places in Dagupan appropriate enough, the only location I can think of, is the plaza where exposure to the public is profound.

First, let's ask the posters and readers of the Forum for their inputs where it should be, if we decide this statue is the course we shall take.

Second, we vote the democratic way. With the precision of a Temujin, we can't go to war with empty quivers. We need arrows. I suggest we should create a fund - until further notice - to finance anything that comes forth in the table.
