More cost effective

Mr. De Leon, naming a street in honor of the late Mr. Ermin Garcia Sr. is more appropriate and cost effective than a statue where the birds could perch and do their duty.
Start a petition and signatures from the locals and present it at the next city council meeting to get things started.
This is a small step but big in substance because people will always utter his name when they give information and direction to get to the address of venue.
