Mr. Isidro Ramos, you are right. Naming a street in honor of Ermin Garcia Sr. is cost effective and easily disseminated by words of mouth. There are lots of new streets being built in Pangasinan.

Time will come, the beaches & water channel will be polluted if they don't stop culturing fish along the water ways. The food that they feed will stay and rotten under water which will poison the water.
