Ms. Rachel Arenas, my personal congratulations to you! I'm so glad you chose to take your oath as congresswoman in the historic Malasiqui plaza.
Please, I implore you. Take back the plaza from the lawlessness of the municipal officials who disrespected history by transforming that plaza into an extension of the police station.
