Mr. Castanaga,

We simply have a difference in opinion: YOU ARE WILLING TO EXEMPT MetroState, an entity that is involved in a shady deal as everyone now knows, I SIMPLY DON'T. It is either legal or illegal.

You obviously made your choice. There are ways to properly do things, most especially when public monies is concerned. Doing things the right way is always the responsible and ethical way to go. If you do it the right way, you will never get trouble. You will have HONOR, you will not be ashamed to face anyone.

Of course the shame part is beyond these clowncilors and Benjie Lim's understanding. The MetroState boondogle started when the clowncilors and Benjie Lim conspired behind the scene to pull a fast one.

If they had done things properly this should not been an issue at all. Why these incompetents did not do that is beyond my understanding. Why do they have to hide the details of a PUBLIC DOCUMENT is beyond me.

I can guess that these incompetents think of themselves above the law and not accountable to the people they are supposed to serve.

If your much vaunted claim that Taiwan and Thailand copied the bangus industry, why the heck that most of the Bangus sold in California are from Taiwan and Thailand?

I can tell you why, their government officials are not as corrupt to the core compared to the Filipino officials. I said enough. It's time to move on.
