Make Metrostate an exception

My good friend Jess,

I admire your patriotism. It's true, shenanigans in the gov't are increasing in frequency. But can we take the risk that MetroState is the exception to the policy?

I love this province Pangasinan. And I like it to be the investment site choice, tourists’ destinations and source of quality products.

We need to refurbish the Hundred Islands in Lucap by general clean-up of excessive undergrowth in its pristine waters and provide an array of decent toilets for visiting tourists. Dried smell of human feces percolates the air.

Maintenance crew should visit the island resort as often as needed. Taiwan and Thailand copied our Bangus industry and are now raising Bonuan fingerlings in 55-gallon high tech containers (not in fishponds).

Innovation and hard work are the keys to our success.
